Vendor & Table Information

We Sold Out of Vendor Space for TBE 2 & 3...and are now nearly sold out for TBE 4. Prices are negotiable, based on space needed, placement in the hotel, and whether or not the vendor is staying in a hotel sleeping room for the 3 nights of the convention.

(All of the info below is subject to change as we have not been contacted by every company yet for TBE 4. If you wish to be a Vendor, contact us asap.)

Vendor Companies for TBE 4 are:

1) A Sexy & Fashionable Clothing Boutique--Essentialz on Line. (Repeating Vendor from TBE 3.)

2) Castaways Travel (Repeating Vendor from TBE 1, 2 & 3.)

3)Official TBE 3 Photography-- Weingold Professional Photography Studios. For your sensual boudoir poses, your private photo shoots, and your dressy pre-dance memories.

4) Dream Pleasure Tours-- (Repeating Vendor for TBE 1 & 3)-- Free Coffee & Cookies Hospitality Room after 10:30 PM.

5) Storms of Pleasure-- Free Libations Hospitality Room after 10:30 PM.

6) Trapeze Swing Clubs of Ft. Lauderdale & Atlanta-- (Repeating Vendor from TBE 1, 2, & 3.)-- Free Pizza Hospitality Room after 10:30 PM.

TABLE SPACE----We also have room in the hallways and lounges for tables for companies to display photos, etc., and to distribute literature and flyers. One table 18" x 60" for the entire convention is $100.

INFORMATION----

1) Vendor sales will take place from 1 PM until 6 PM on Thursday. Then 10 AM until 6 PM on Friday and Saturday.   Each evening the Clothing Vendor will be locked from 6 PM until 10 AM.  We want every vendor to also enjoy the convention activities, banquets, dances, etc., without being burdened to keep up with an early or late business day.  Hey, you are attending to have fun too.

2) Vendors will pay only $200 for a nice sized area to vend throughout the full 3 days.  Vendors also must pay the regular $590 (minus $100 if they are a past vendor) per couple for their Hotel/Convention fee which includes all breakfasts, Saturday banquet for 2 people, activities, dances, playshops and a standard hotel room.  Just think, you can come, stay, eat, have fun, display and sell your merchandise in a secured area….all for just $790 minus applicable discount. If a vendor is local and won't be staying in a hotel room for the 3 nights, the cost will be $100--$300 depending on the space needed and what you are vending.

3)  TBE and our hotel will take every precaution to prevent theft; however TBE accepts no responsibility for Vendors' losses in the unlikely event of theft or other causes.

4) Each Vendor will be given tables to display merchandise. You will need to provide your own table coverings and decorations.

5) Vendors may display a sign or banner around the pool free of charge, but you are responsible to take it down, and with you, upon leaving.

6) Vendors will each receive a free half page black and white advertisement in our convention hand-out program.  You may upgrade to a full page if you wish, for $50. If you want to include a coupon in your ad, that may bring you extra business. Be sure to submit your black & white 1/2 page advertisement by email to TBEFlorida@TampaBay.rr.com no later than July 1st.

7) If a Vendor wishes to sponsor a hospitality room, or a convention event please let us know and we will work out the details.  This can certainly boost your sales.  See the "Sponsorships" Tab at the bottom of this page.

8) All Vendors will be individually honored, recognized and thanked by us at the Saturday evening banquet.

9) If our Vendor couples need to bring extra help during Vendor hours details and extra charges must be discussed with us prior to the convention. If they are just there to work and not participate in any convention activities or meals....there will be no charge....however we ask that they stay in that Vendor's area and leave promptly after business hours.

If Vendor helpers are staying in our hotel and participating in the convention fun and food, Vendors must pay for a room for them. Two helpers can share a standard 2 queen bed room.   If you bring one or two helpers who stay in one of our rooms for all 3 nights the total cost for everything will be reduced to $390 for two people....or $365 for one person. Those helpers may take part in any and all convention events, prize drawings, etc.

10) Last but not least.  Any Vendors or Sponsors who sign up for this convention will have first consideration for our next convention but they must notify us and send in a deposit very soon after the preceding year's convention. We appreciate your help and support and will do everything in our power to boost your sales.
