In order to thoroughly enjoy the convention experience we highly recommend that you make the time to attend all 3 days and nights. Going to a convention is like going on a cruise. You get to know the people and reach a comfort level with your new friends and surroundings that just isn't possible at a swing club. Also you won't want to miss out on any of the great day or nighttime activities. We suggest you plan to arrive Thursday at noon...and check out Sunday morning. You'll be glad you did! However......if you can only attend one or two days and nights......or maybe you can only attend for the evening dances and playrooms...here are the breakdowns.

To Extend Your Hotel Stay
Some people want to extend their hotel stay before or after the 3 convention nights so they can do the tourist vacation thing. We can offer you a TBE discount for as many nights as you wish so you can avoid packing and unpacking. Our beautiful upscale hotel is in a central location for all the touristy venues in the Tampa area. Make your arrangements through us and each additional night (beyond the 3 convention nights) costs you just:
Standard Room $100 per extra night.....(normally $112)
Executive Room $120 per extra night.....(normally $132)
One Bedroom Suite $150 per extra night.....(normally $162)
Two Bedroom Suite $200 per extra night.....(normally $224)
