1st Deposit now--- To hold your room reservation, we need your $50 deposit by check or money order now. Call us to lock in your reservation 813-293-7663. You can send us the balance of your account (or 50% of the remaining balance) so that we receive it by June 1, 2012 to hold your room choice. Your account must be paid in full by July 1st, 2012. Thank you.
TBE accepts personal checks, money orders or ..... credit cards (see info below.)
Credit Cards --- We accept Mastercard, Visa or Discover. You can read your card info to us over the phone. But please understand that we will add on an 8 % convenience fee to your total....as that is what your card use costs us. After July 15th we can only take Credit Cards.
Refunds --- If you should need to cancel, the first $50 is non-refundable. After that, 100% of all other money that you have paid will be refunded if written notice is received by TBE, postmarked no later than July 1, 2011. Written notice must be mailed to TBE. PO Box 17315, Tampa, FL 33682. When mailing, request a, "Return Receipt Service with Certified Mail" to get both proof of mailing and proof of delivery. Absolutely NO REFUNDS will be made after July 1, 2012. Also NO REFUNDS will be made if you do not show, or if you are ejected from TBE's Convention for any reason. TBE reserves the right to eject anyone for being disruptive, breaking the rules of the convention, or the hotel, or breaking the law.
We do NOT anticipate having to cancel our TBE 2012 Convention! However....If TBE 4 is cancelled by TBE for any reason, we guarantee that you will get every penny you've sent us refunded....no if's, and's or but's. We have a great reputation among the Lifestyles community and will do everything we can to make sure you are happy with every aspect of TampaBayEscapes. TBE reserves the right to change the schedule, venue, prizes, activities, or location of our convention should circumstances require such a change. A change of schedule, venue or location will not be considered a cancellation of the event. Possible reasons for TBE cancellation or postponement include: the result of a hurricane threat, projected poor attendance due to the U.S. economy, flood, fire, etc.
Under no circumstances will TBE be responsible to reimburse you for transportation costs or any other costs you may have incurred as a result of planning to attend our TBE Convention. Individual travelers are responsible for purchasing a travel insurance policy, if desired, that will cover some of the expenses associated with the loss of luggage, personal effects, or unexpected cancellation of our event.
