Welcome to TampaBayEscapes Lifestyles Conventions. Don't get hung up on the word Convention. It's all about sensual FUN for you and your lover.

Our upcoming convention (TBE 4) will be Thursday, July 26 --thru-- Sunday, July 29, (2012.)

These conventions are for couples who have solid, loving relationships and are interested in expanding their paradigms.

The term "Lifestyles" can mean many types of interests...but in this context it means those couples who are interested in "Swinging" and/or "Light BDSM Activities."

This movement is gaining acceptance not only in the U.S. but throughout the world. One only needs to google "Swing Clubs" for any city or country to find out how popular recreational safe sex for committed couples has become. Last year, even a major network put on a series called "Swingtown." And weren't we all titillated by the TV show title "Wife Swap," until we found out that it did not represent the sexual exchange of partners?

Conventions such as TBE (TampaBayEscapes) are fun and exciting, not only for newbies, but for those who have enjoyed the "Lifestyle" for many years.

The term "FUCK" originally came from signs above doors of medieval subjects' homes indicating that "Fornication Under the Consent of the King," was allowed. That way monarchs and/or religious leaders could control the breeding of their subjects to reproduce the desired traits and population size. Today many people are choosing to enjoy recreational sex themselves, rather than to leave it up to a king or some religious leader. Since sex doesn't have to result in off-spring being produced it can now be enjoyed much more. Perhaps we should all modernize by saying "Fu-At-Ca" (Fornification Under the Agreement of Two Consenting Adults---and the King can go Screw Himself.) At TBE we encourage Fu-At-Ca--ing! And we know you'll have a Fu-At-Ca-ing Awesome Time.

Sexual monogamy was started long ago when the average lifespan was very short. By 35 most people died from dental problems, appendicitis, flu, etc. But now with today's average lifespan approaching 100, and people being less intimidated by anachronistic rules, maintaining a physically monogamous relationship for 70 or 80 years can become a daunting, and draining detriment to any marriage. And we all know what that can lead to. CHEATING. Just look at today's professional athletes, stars, and politicians.

Swingers are generally mentally bonded only to their spouse .... and thus mentally and emotionally they are monogamous. However, at various levels they enjoy recreational sex. The key is to agree with your partner what the rules are....and not change the rules in the heat of the moment.

The "Lifestyle" takes away any interest in cheating and turns a natural human instinct into a great, exciting hobby that both partners can enjoy together. It gives men and women a reason to stay in shape and to strive to look good as long as possible. It opens up a world of clubs to join, friendships that last a lifetime, special vacation destinations, swing cruises, travel buddies.....and most importantly....

Basically we offer 3 full days and nights of lifetime memories. Maybe you are "Vanilla People" (non-swingers) who are just curious....or newbies who want to explore the possibilities without actually doing any swinging. Or perhaps you might want to dabble a bit. Just sign up for a group going to dinner at a local restaurant. You'll break bread with new friends who are anxious to meet you.

And every evening you'll love the dances, the excitement, our many playrooms, and the entertainment.
