Hotel Information & Location --- After we receive your fully paid reservation, and approximately 2 weeks prior to the TBE Convention, we will email you the name and location of the hotel. For security purposes, we request that you please keep this information confidential. Discretion is of the utmost importance to all of us.
For all our friends who attended last July.....we are in the same awesome hotel.
Our hotel is an easy, picturesque, 15 minute ride from Tampa International Airport (TPA.) If you are flying in, the cab fare will be about $35 per couple.
You will find our hotel to be extremely clean, upscale, recently built, and with a microwave, a refrigerator, a hair dryer, coffee maker, and free Wi-fi wireless computer access to the entire hotel. Parking is free. The hotel also has a computer lounge with free use of those hotel computers.
For your comfort and security, all rooms open only to interior hallways.
Smoking----None of the rooms have balconies, however there are smoking balconies or patios centrally located on most of the floors. This year the hotel chain has eliminated all smoking inside all its establishments.
The Grande Ballroom is beautiful with magnificent crystal chandeliers, and will easily accommodate our group.
Absolutely no photography is allowed during TBE. Please honor this rule for everyone's privacy. We do have a professional photographer who will be wearing ID. He will be taking boudoir pictures during the days, by appointment....and also offer you an opportunity to be privately photographed on your way into the 3 nightly dances. After you see the proofs you may purchase photos as you wish.
* Enjoy being nearly nude, or wear your G-strings, pasties, etc., inside the hotel for the dances and late night fun!
Due to a local ordinance, bathing suits or something that looks like a bathing suit (ie: bra & panties) ARE required at the pool.
This hotel offers us everything to make your 3 day & 3 night COMPLETE HOTEL TAKE-OVER one hell of a party.
