Tampa Bay Escapes Convention Weekend

Upon your arrival and check-in at our TBE hotel you and your partner will be required to sign a copy of this release form. Your signature indicates that you understand the policies we have in effect for TBE and that you will abide by those policies. It also includes a privacy agreement that keeps our convention as safe as possible from any unwanted outside interference. The agreement is fairly standard for most lifestyles clubs, organizations and conventions. It helps us insure that everyone has a great convention. You are welcome to read it here, ahead of time. Some points are mentioned more than once. Take special note of the Sybian riding info at the end of the document.

Safety, Security, Alcohol, Smoking & Clothing Policy ---- To save you money and stay very legal, no alcohol will be for sale anywhere in the hotel during the TBE Convention. This is a BYOB (bring your own alcohol and your own mixers) Convention. Smoking is only allowed outside the hotel. There are some patios and balconies available for smokers to enjoy. There will be no nudity or sexual activity in the common areas which include the first floor or anywhere hotel employees are working. The pool will not be clothing optional. Conventioneers must wear bathing suits or legal clothing at the pool and anywhere outside the hotel. G-strings and pasties are not allowed by county law.

Our friendly Security Staff is always available for your safety and privacy. As you can see, we are making every effort to keep you, the hotel and TBE as safe and legal as possible. We want you to know that there is no promise of anything sexual during your TBE Convention. What you do in the privacy of the individual hotel rooms is your business. We want to save you money on your drinks, and afford you one of the most enjoyable, safe, and memorable weekends of your life!

Absolutely no photography is allowed during TBE. Please honor this rule for everyone's privacy. We do have a professional photographer who will be wearing ID. He and his wife will be taking private boudoir pictures by appointment....and also offer you an opportunity to be privately photographed in setting that will not show other conventioneers.

TampaBayEscapes Privacy and Agreement for Participation in our Events --- (in legal language)

Representation of Good Faith --- We represent that we approach TampaBayEscapes and its affiliated groups, members and attendees ("the beneficiaries") in a sincere desire to learn about and possibly participate in the philosophy it teaches, intending no harm or disruption to the organization or to the lives of any who adhere to its precepts. In consideration of being permitted to attend an event sponsored by TampaBayEscapes we agree as follows:

Stipulations & Disclaimers --- Reservations will be filled on a first come, first served basis. You will be responsible for any incidentals not in the package and will be issued a bill by the hotel for those expenses. TampaBayEscapes acts only as an agent for the various independent suppliers that provide hotel accommodations, transportation, sightseeing, activities, or other services connected with this convention. Such services are subject to the terms and conditions of those suppliers. TampaBayEscapes and their respective employees, agents, representatives, and assigns accept no liability whatsoever for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, or any other incident which may be caused by the negligence, defect, default of any company or person in performing these services. Responsibility is not accepted for losses, injury, damages or expenses of any kind due to sickness, weather, strikes, hostilities, wars, terrorist acts, acts of nature, local laws or other such causes. All services and accommodations are subject to the laws and regulations of the county in which they are provided. TampaBayEscapes is not responsible for any baggage or personal effects of any individual participation in the tours/trips arranged by TampaBayEscapes.

Protections of Privacy --- We recognize that the philosophy of TampaBayEscapes may be considered controversial, and that activities conducted in pursuant of it may also, and we will respect the privacy of the beneficiaries, including but not limited to the following: (a) we will not divulge the identity of anyone we have met at TampaBayEscapes to anyone else without that attendee's permission: (b) we will not discuss nor disclose in any way, any of our experiences in TampaBayEscapes with anyone outside TampaBayEscapes, without the permission of all concerned: (c) we will not disclose the location of any place where we have attended any activities of TampaBayEscapes—without—the—consent—of-TampaBayEscapes.

Provision as to Law Enforcement and/or Police or Sheriff's Department Officers --- TampaBayEscapes understands that law enforcement and/or Police or Sheriff’s Department officers have a duty to enforce laws and to investigate suspected violations of them, but that the U.S. and Florida Constitutions limit the rights of officers to do certain things without consent. We warrant that, if we are law enforcement and/or police or sheriff's department officers, and we are present at any TampaBayEscapes event, our presence is only in our private, individual capacities. We warrant that, if the foregoing statements should prove to be false and we are investigating TampaBayEscapes or its affiliates or members without disclosing our official capacity or purpose and that our presence at or on any TampaBayEscapes event or premises or those of its affiliates or members, is an entry into private premises without consent, in violation of the 4th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution. We further warrant that we will make it known to the owners of TampaBayEscapes if we are at a TampaBayEscapes event at the direction of our employers and are acting within the scope of our employment. We further stipulate that any appropriate amount of liquidated damages for the illegal taking of evidence which results in charges, civil or criminal, against TampaBayEscapes or any of its members or attendees is one million dollars, which reflects a reasonable estimate of—compensatory--damages,--the—amount—of—which—is--uncertain.

Provisions as to Members of the Press --- We represent that, if we are members of the press (including radio or television), that we are present at any TampaBayEscapes event only in our private, individual capacities. We warrant that, if the foregoing statement proves to be false and we are here at the direction of our employers and are acting within the scope of our employment that we will make it known to the owners of TampaBayEscapes and ask permission before entering any facility owned or rented by TampaBayEscapes. Said facility is considered private property. Further, we stipulate that an appropriate amount of liquidated damages for any published report made without consent to TampaBayEscapes regarding TampaBayEscapes’ activities or those of any member or attendee is one million dollars, which reflects a reasonable estimate of compensatory damages, the amount of which is uncertain.

Indemnity Applies to All --- We agree to indemnify and hold harmless TampaBayEscapes, its affiliates and its members and attendees ("the beneficiaries") for any harm resulting from our violation of this agreement. If we knowingly commit or assist a breach under the provisions of this contract, we are liable under the terms all of the relevant paragraphs. The beneficiaries may elect liquidated damages under those paragraphs or the indemnification provisions of this paragraph in order to establish the amount of awardable damages. The measure of damages shall be the same as in actions sounding in tort for invasion of privacy. The pursuit of any other remedy, including tort, is permitted in addition to the above provisions. The beneficiaries are entitled to reasonable attorney's fees, both for the enforcement of this agreement and for the prosecution or defense by the beneficiaries of any other legal action initiated as a consequence of we, the undersigned, breaching this agreement. This agreement shall continue in force and apply to all attended TampaBayEscapes events. The period of limitations for any violation of this agreement, including representations and warranties, shall not commence as to a beneficiary until that beneficiary receives actual knowledge of the violation.

Notice of Compelled Testimony --- We agree to notify TampaBayEscapes immediately upon receiving information that either of us (the undersigned parties) will be required to give evidence in any matter relating to TampaBayEscapes. We agree to assert all available privileges to give such evidence, including this agreement.

I/We Agree to the rules stated on this document and --- that I/we are of legal age to attend an adult oriented function. I am at least 21 years old. Furthermore, that I/we have presented identification, which verifies our identity and age. I understand that under Florida law, TBE cannot accept as legal identification any driver’s license that has a P.O. Box as the address. I will be bound by all the rules of conduct and etiquette written in the www.TampaBayEscapes.com website. I support the first amendment. I am not offended by the free expression of consenting adults. Nudity and/or nude bodies do not offend me/us and I am not offended by them. I am not offended by open displays of sexual activity. I am free of communicable and sexually transmitted diseases and waive liability for same. I have never been convicted of any offense related to prostitution, lewdness, lasciviousness, assignation, indecency, or obscenity. I am aware that any equipment that I use I am using at my own risk and will not hold TampaBayEscapes (aka: TBE) or any entity of TBE’s organization liable for any injuries that may arise. I am not visiting this establishment in any official capacity. Standard rules include: No means no. No illegal or controlled substances are permitted on or around the premises of any TBE activity or convention. No photographs, video recording or taping are allowed without the permission all involved including TBE management. No weapons are allowed. No intoxication, drunkenness, disorderly conduct, hostile or confrontational behavior is allowed on premises of any TBE event or convention. No nudity, g-strings or other clothing that can consued as possible illegal covering of genitalia or offensive body parts is allowed outside the walls of the hotel, or on the first floor of the hotel, or within sight of the hotel employees.

TBE reserves the right to search your person and or your belongings. We reserve the right to ask anyone to leave (without a refund) who infringes on the rights of others or engages in illegal acts. All privileges are at TBE’s discretion.

A sybian is a powerful and very expensive vibrator used in a saddle-like position and placed on a mattress or floor. The dildo implements are interchangeable and come in various sizes and shapes. * I am free from any back, neck, heart or other physical or mental problems that might be aggravated by riding the sybian (and/or play items or devices.).

* I am not pregnant.

* I have observed the sybian (and/or play items or devices) carefully and understand its/their purposes.

* I have had the opportunity to ask questions about the sybian (and/or play items or devices.)

* I will examine the sybian (and/or “play items or devices) and will make sure that they are sanitized to my satisfaction prior to my use.

* I have chosen the type of condom I will use (Latex, Non Latex, Natural lamb, etc.) so as to reduce the chance of irritation.

* I have also chosen the type of lubricant used (water based, silicon based, oil based, etc.) or have brought the lubricant of my choice as a further effort to reduce the chance of irritation.

* I understand that when a foreign object is inserted into a human body there is a chance of irritation or infection.

* I, the undersigned, release the sybian operator(s), BDSM masters, playshop presenters, and TampaBayEscapes LLC and its owners from any and all liability that may arise from this Sybian Ride (and/or play items or devices.)

* If I experience any discomfort I will notify the operator(s) and my session will end immediately.

* Any and all of my questions will have been answered to my full satisfaction and I agree not to hold the operator(s) and/or TampaBayEscapes LLC event organizers, BDSM masters, playshop presenters, responsible for any complications resulting from my Sybian use, (and/or play items or devices) that I might use during this TampaBayEscapes event.
